Memorial Day Weekend!

So Memorial Day Weekend was a blast! We had a lot of fun going to Moab with Scott's family and then coming home Monday night and visiting graves, BBQin', and relaxin'. Over all a great weekend despite the rain and due to allergy medicine feeling tired almost the entire time.

Here is a pic of Scott in front of his Grandpa Campbell's grave.

Me at Grandma Robert's grave. I still get teary eyed everytime I visit....I still miss her. And I just wish Scott could have known her and Grandpa when she was around....he's so different now.

K my pics are backwards but this is Scott at the top of what the next picture is.

We.....Ok Scott climbed this crack in the mountain. It was this kind of crazy little adventure.....and a little clostriphobic. You definately have to be skinny and able to stretch your legs to crazy lengths. This is as far as I got though. I might have done it if I actually wore shoes with traction and laces.....maybe :)

Here is Scott in the crack.

Getting ready to play Rummy with Everyone. Really fun. This is Scott with Max (Scott's sister Danielle's husband Brandon's Dad Max) You get that? It's Danielle's Father-in-law. It was also his house that we stayed at. They are sooo nice!!!!

Me shooting my gun (20 gage) and finally hitting something with it. My first ten shots were a complete waste...but after that I was on fire!

Scott shooting my gun. My husband is a really good shot! Steve we want to go hunting so bad!! One of these years I promise!

Scott's mom Shooting. That's also Brandon and Scott. Brandon is an amazing shot as well!! I don't think he ever misses!

Me shooting either Brandon's or Max's 12 gage?

This is the Rattle Snake I almost stepped on while picking up clay pigeon's I had missed the first time I shot. And I didn't even scream!! Well until I went and showed everyone where it was at and Max said there might be two as he poked me in the ribs... LOL :)

Baby Erin and Nana.

Ben and Danielle....while waiting to roast hot dogs......wait a minute what hot dogs...I never had a hot dog....All I got was a bun....What happened to my special hot dog??? ha ha ha.... :) It's all good Danielle and Brandon...hey maybe this just gives us an excuse to try again sometime...And me and Scott are down with that if you are?! :)

Me and Scott Four Wheeling. Fun Fun Fun!!!
This is where we four wheeled to. I think it's called the glass lookout or something to that effect....Anyways, it was fun!
So as you can see we had a blast this weekend. And we are so greatful for the opportunity! Thanks Brandon and Danielle for planning this trip and Max and Jan for letting us stay with you! We always have so much fun when we come. And thanks Lenny and Sandra for giving us a ride to and from and being such great parents! Love ya!

The most rewarding Job in the World!!

So We had I think our last Field trip of the school year on Friday. So sad. But Scott came with me!! He got the day off work and came and helped with the kids at sports day. It was soo much fun! The kids all just loved him and so did I!!

So Sports day is a day that all of the Special Need classes in the school district do kind of like a little special olympics thing over at Alta High School. The kids just absolutly love it. I think this is the one feild trip that they just anticipate all year.

This is my favorite Edwin coming up on the finish line. He worked so hard to get there. I was really hard and took a lot of encouragement to keep going but he made it.

Here we are lining up to get ready for one of the races.

Me and Scott were on the Jesus team. Scott was with Jesus M. on the left and I was with Jesus J. on the right. Super cute!

Me and Jesus J. running as fast as we could. I just stood by him to make sure he didn't go crooked. I didn't help him walk at all.

And here is Austin coming to the finish line.
I'm just so glad that Scott was able to come with me and meet and play with the kids that I am with 3 days a week. This is a huge part of my life and I love it! I have learned so many lessons from this job and am just so glad for the opportunity I have had to know them. They are so special and fun. Thank you honey for coming with me and supporting me always in what I do. I love you so much and am so blessed to have you in my life.

Finals are over!!!!

Yea schools out!!! And let me tell you we are sooo happy to be done! Holy Cow! So I'm not graduating this semester, because I had to drop a class. But I only have one class left which I will do in the fall! Scott is all set for going into the surgical tech program at Davis school of Technology...I think that's what it's called. Anyways, it's up in kaysville. So we are looking for places to live, cause mom and dad only have 2 1/2 months left!! So we are keeping our options open for anything right now...even a house, if it's just a little small one. But man if we can find a deal and bank in on all that new buyer deal stuff thats going on then that would be awesome!!! So we are looking at everything. And hopefully, we are looking at applying for some housing grants so...hopefully we'll be able to get something. But I am also looking for a new job too. preferably in the school system somehow, or in a preschool. With wanting to become a kindergarten teacher I just really want to stay in the school mode if I can, but I need something full time. So if you hear anything anyone let me know!!

Anyways finals went good. Here are some pics of me teaching the two year olds in lab school. It was fairy tale/ nursery rhymn week so I chose to do Goldilocks and the Three Bears. The kids loved it!! I bought a flannel board story and told in the camp song version (one my mommy taught us all) And they wanted me to tell it over and over! it was super cute! After the story I let them choose between making a BIG Daddy bear, MEDIUM Mommy bear, or SMALL baby bear (little sack bear) which they got to paint and put together themselves. So here are some pics!

They were all so in to it!

I'm at the Goldilocks knocking on the door part :) Oh I forgot to tell you we added actions too! So whenever the baby bear was sad they did a crying baby face with their hands, and at the end they all said good bye while waving and later man, later. It was cute!

This is Wyatt and Dezi painting. They are all two years old. Check out Wyatt. He stayed in all of the lines!

Here's Paul and Eliza. I actually did my child portfolio on Paul as well. He's a super cute kid!

Check out Wyatt's once again. All of the body parts are in the right spot! What a smart kid!
