Happy Anniversary!!

As I went to bed last night I was thinking to myself of how I felt 4 years ago. I hardly slept that night. I got up at about 4:30 am and began getting ready to go to the Salt Lake Temple and be sealed to Scott. I remember I was filled with excitement for what the day would hold. The only nervousness I felt was towards the idea of something happening and me being late to the cerimony or my hair not working out and my viel not staying in my hair. I was so excited. I had waited two years for this boy to get home from his mission to be able to get to marry him. It was a long wait. Many people wanted us to wait a little longer, but how can you? When you love someone so much how could you postpone something that would bind you two together forever. We couldn't wait. I remember back on the day with joy and happiness. It was a beautiful day.
Now 4 years have passed by... I can't complain about my decision. I am as happy today as I was 4 years ago...and even happier. We have a beautiful baby boy now who is just bursting with personality and energy. He is so much like his dad, except for his big brown eyes which I get to claim. We've never been so tired, yet we've never been so happy.
Scott I love you and thank you for the wonderful years we've had together. We've had some bumps in our path but they are so miniscule to the huge mountains of joy we've been through together. We make a good team. I love you baby! Here's to the 70 years ahead of us! May they be as wonderful as the first 4! Go my favorite sports team! Lets beat the opponents...soundly....!

8th Month Crazy Month
March was such a hard months for the Hansen family. First off it was midterms...blah! Second Tanner got RSV. Probably the worst two weeks ever! Honestly I don't know anything worse than seeing your baby suffer and not being able to do anything. He was so sick. we went in to the E.R. after he had his cough for about 3 days and starting getting really high fevers and wouldn't really eat. They sucked all the snot out of him and gave us a "perscription" to come back whenever we felt we needed to and get him sucked out again. So a couple days later after a horrible night and a morning of constant screaming we took him back in and his SATS were down to 86 and they sucked so much stuff out and got him back up to 93 and told us to come in twice a day until when they go to suck him out it's just a quick one on each side. we took him in two more times. Tanner is a resilient child though. The doctors were all amazed at how once they were done sucking him out, once I picked him up he was done crying and was smiling again. They said kids are usually crying all the way out the door.
Once Tanner got over his cough however it still wasn't over. because he hadn't eaten normally or slept for so long he had to relearn both. He is just barely getting back into his old routines.
Mommy gave me a chocolate cookie!
Tanner's new favorite toys are his shapes. He can play with them forever! That is something that has come with 8 months- the ability to occupy himself for long periods of time. He will just play and talk to himself. Such a happy baby!:)
Yay for warm days and playing outside!
Easter! So handsome!
My two favorites!

Tanner has also become quite the wiggle worm this month as well. Making it really hard to change his diaper sometimes. Daddy was getting really frustrated! I just laughed!
