14 Weeks!

I just realized that I haven't even posted yet that I am pregnant on my blog. So here it is. I am now 14 weeks and the baby seems to be fine. The Dr. was concerned this time because of my miscarriage with the last one and so had me come in twice during my first 12 weeks. Everything has been good so far. And the last time we went in the baby was just jumping around like crazy! It was so fun to see:) It has a very fast heart beat at 181, which the Dr. says is really fast. He keeps saying that means it's a girl! LOL! And everytime Scott just gets this sour look on his face. He is sooo convinced that we are having a boy! It's pretty funny:)

So lately I have been wondering what our baby will turn out looking like. Me and Scott have pretty much no features in common at all! He has an egg head and super skinny with olive skin and think hair; A tiny little nose and ears but a big chin. I on the other hand have an oval head with an average build and white skin, I was completely bald when I was born and still have thin hair now and I have a normal nose and big ears. So.....we'll have to see what it ends up with:)
The biggest thing is it seems like in both our families, the Hansen and the Smith traits are very dominant!
Here's mine and Scott's hospital pics:
See how different we are:)
I was such a chunk. Scott looks like a little peanut next to me ha ha ha!
I'm so excited to find out what we are having! Which could possibly happen on Valentine's day when I go in at 16 weeks, but the Dr. said it is a very slight chance and sometimes hard to tell. We keep crossing our fingers though! We are both just so excited for our beautiful little baby to be here! We can't wait unitl summer!
