Insaness!!!

So the past few weeks have been super crazy at our house...which would explain why I haven't been blogging. Well My Grandpa Roberts went into the hospital for stomach pain a couple weeks ago and they found out it was really serious and anyways what it came down to is that he needed surgery but the doctors didn't think he would survive it. So they put a feeding tube in him but he didn't like that and pulled it out and said that it was time to see Leva (my grandpa who has already died). Well so my parents left and came home from their mission the next day and were released early. So it the time of two days Me and Scott were frantically trying to get ready and accept the situation. We had to clean the whole house and get it ready not only for my parents but also we had relatives that would be staying with us, and figure things out with the family and visit my grandpa and accept that he was ready to go home. Holy freaking stress!

So my parents are home now and my grandpa died on Tuesday night and the funeral was saturday. I can't even begin to tell you. First off going from living on your own with your husband your way and then going back to living with parents their way without any time in between to get ready and used to the idea has been really hard. But then throw my grandpa dieing on top of that, me still job hunting, and Scott starting a new school......It has been quite the emotional ride. But here we are and hopfully things will start getting better and the stress will start to die down a little bit now that my mom and dad don't have to worry about my grandpa so much.

Anyways the funeral was really nice on Saturday. And I just have to say I was totally fine until someone mentioned grandpa's twins (me and Katie)....yeah I lost it after that. Grandpa loved his twins. I am going to miss that wonderful old man and his stories of how he had a fast ball nobody could see and a curve ball nobody could hit. He loved his sports....but not nearly as much as he loved his family and teaching his family to be better people and to love and support each other in the gospel.

I love you grandpa and am going to miss you!

And to the fam don't forget what the old man from annabelle used to say: "Take a photography class-a picture is worth a thousand words" and "Say your ABC's in front of the mirror everyday"

Here's some pics:
