Halloween 2012!

 I have to just start out with these pics. Tanner has the craziest hair ever! I just cut it like a month ago and it's already long again and it never stays down. It is always froofy. It's so funny! I love it though:)

We had our annual Smith family party this year and it was a blast! We did some minute to win it games provided by Debra and then I did a balloon game, we frosted halloween cookies, and we did awards for costumes.

 

We were the Avengers!

I was Black Widow, Scott was Hawkeye, and Tanner was Captain America.

 So skeptical...by the end of the night he was totally in to it though. He just took off running around the block to the different houses. Every once in a while we'd get him to say trick-or-treat, but at every house he said, "by, see ya!" after:)

 He picked some beads up from one of the houses...ha ha ha...Scott was not to thrilled...and still isn't, but he loves them!

We had so much fun this year with our little Tanner! He is such a good boy and so full of life and energy. We just love our almost 15 month old!!

September

We can't believe how fast September just flew by! It was a pretty great month for us.

 

Tanner got his first hair cut!

 And he looks pretty dang cute if I do say so myself:)

Tanner has this thing for the remotes as most kids do..this morning he found all three and was sooo upset he could not hold all three in his hands at the same time. Poor guy:(

 Tanner has found a LOVE for his stuffed animals! He gets soo excited every morning and afternoon when he wakes up and finds all his friends right there by him! He'll pull them all into a big group hug and kick his feet in excitement! It is soo sweet:)

He also has become very smart in knowing his animal sounds and will repeat all the ones he knows for you: Lion, snake, dog, monkey, dragon, elephant and duck.

He is also beginning to identify body parts.

I also had an awesome birthday thanks to my amazing husband who surprised me with a weekend on our own at anniversary inn downtown! It was awesome! We spent all night walking around downtown! It was a a lot of fun! We have both always wanted to just spend a day down there walking around seeing all the stuff that you never get to really see when driving by. It was great!

We also had our first experience with mom being really sick this past weekend. Yeah...not so fun. I had like the 24 hour flu or something. It was not fun and Tanner just did not understand. He was so sad because mom wouldn't get up off the couch and play, and then he witnessed me throwing up and screamed bloody murder! Poor guy. It's so confusing.

Other than that, great month! And we are soo excited for the upcoming 3 months!!!

Well even though we have started school and summer is coming to a close and fall is just around the corner, we're still havin playin it like it's June!

 

My friend Kori invoted us to Jungle Jims one day to play! It was so much fun! Tanner and Kiah are just the best of friends it is soo cute! Ever since Jungle Jims every once in a while we'll here this little knock on the door and it will be Kiah wanting to see if Tanner can play. It's probably the most adorable thing ever!

We traded one of Tanner's birthday toys in and got this instead! Much better. He loves it!

 Labor day rock climbing. If we had the money and time we would have a rock climbing membership at momentum and be learning to climb....one day....

 We had so much fun we had to go again to Jungle Jims! This time we invited Ben and Katie and their girls.

 The girls and Tanner:) And Ben.....I dn't think any of the workers knew what to do. I think they were all scared to ask him to get off the ride because he's twice their size! ha ha ha! It was pretty entertaining!

 September means the FAIR!!

We're pretty sure this will be a family tradition for us.

Tanner loved it! He especially loved the cows! They were mooing like crazy and So Tanner started saying moo back! He's never done animal sounds before but he was saying moo all night after that! It was adorable!

We went and sat down to pet them and they all just started coming over! It was so cute! They were like nibbling on Tanner's pants and Tanner just took it all in and petted them and loved it!
